Incomplete notices that do not include all required elements listed above may not be acted upon until the missing information is provided.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed from this site in error following a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
Repeat infringers
